Weapons/Munitions Technical Data Engineer

This individual must have a vast amount of knowledge of the F-15 weapons system and munitions loading. Must have a working knowledge of applicable military standards and specifications. When required, this individual must be able to develop maintenance/description data on new systems incorporated into the aircraft and support technical data.  This individual is also responsible for generating modification documents. Must be able to provide assistance to other team members during periods of peak production requirements. Aircraft avionics experience is beneficial.  Minimum 3 yrs technical experience in reading and interpreting MIL-Spec Manuals, Avionics, Electrical, Military, and Aircraft Technical Writing.  Competent in Microsoft Office Programs. Ability to communicate effectively.  .Must have experience writing technical data in compliance with TMCR and military specifications.  Must have experience with all styles of manuals, such as operations, maintenance, illustrated parts breakdowns (IPBs), job guides, flight manuals, checklists, work cards, etc.  Reviews engineering drawings and other data relative to operation, maintenance, and service of equipment.  Edits, standardizes, or makes changes to material prepared by other writers and illustrators.  Draws sketches to illustrate specified materials or assembly sequence.  Must be knowledgeable of MIL-STD-38784, Technical Order General Style and Format, and other specifications as required.   Must be a US citizen.
