You will develop SCORM 2004 compliant training for a new Navy system using XML technologies. Required Skills: · Expertise in the use of XML, JavaScript, HTML, JSP, Java, and SQL. · Strong network design troubleshooting skills. · Experience implementing training modules within SCORM 2004 compliant Learning Managment Systems.. · Excellent communication skills. · At least four years related experience. · Able to obtain a Secret clearance Desired Skills: · Experience with S1000D development. · Ability to collaborate effectively with a team of Instructional Systems Designers, Graphic Artists, and Multimedia Programmers. · Experience with Oracle databases. · Experience creating web-based programming templates Education: Bachelor degree in Instructional Systems Design, Computer Science or equivalent.
