Responsibilities of the Account Manager are:

- Day-to-day management of landscape enhancement, maintenance, and mowing field supervisors

- Coaching, reviews/evaluations of field supervisors

- Assist with scheduling of crews

- Maintain relationships with east side accounts, both commercial and residential.

- Meet/exceed sales goals on upsells and renewals 

- Assist with establishing and meeting budget goals 

 

This position is a salaried, full-time, year-round, Monday-Friday, Saturday when necessary.  Bilingual (Spanish) is extremely helpful as we maintain crews of Hispanic workers.
