Area Manager Recovery Utilities

 Background:  This position is part of the Recovery Utilities Department at the Port Wentworth Pulp Mill. The Port Wentworth Mill produces 900 ADMT/day of bleached softwood pulp. Port Wentworth is a suburb of Savannah, Georgia.  Key Functions:  The position is responsibile for the process operations of:Boilers, Power Generation, Lime Kiln and outage management and is responsible for the business result areas of safety, environmental, cost, and reliability. This individual would lead the development of the business plan and the execution of projects and improvement areas for the department for their area of responsibility. This position would be expected to build the capability of the operational teams to execute the plan and to monitor, communicate and track the performance.    Requirements: Engineering degree and at least 8 years of  engineering experience.  Recovery Utilities experience a must.Successful candidate will be motivated, dependable, and team oriented with a positive and helpful attitude.  Must possess excellent communication and computer skills.  Problem solving and troubleshooting skills are an essential.
