Assistant Superintendent

 The duties are similar to those performed by an Assistant Superintendent at a golf course.

·        Organize mowing and excavating and inspect quality of work

·        Train employees

·        Apply and supervise pesticide applications as well as comply with pesticide record keeping

·        Maintain legal compliance with OSHA and other state and federal regulations

·        Address customer and employee concerns

·        Manage payroll and working hours

·        Show crews better, faster and safer methods of operating equipment and servicing clients.

·        Assist in the development of a franchise model

 The successful candidate will have a minimum of an Associates Degree in Agronomy, Landscape, Horticulture or Business.  Must have a driver’s license and knowledge of Spanish.
