CS Senor Technical Analyst

ITT Industries manufactures a broad range of pumps, systems, and accessories for residential, municipal and commercial applications including water, wells, pressure boosters, and agriculture packages and systems.  Flowtronex is the product brand for package systems for turf irrigation and water booster systems for municipal systems, golf courses, and irrigations systems. 

We are looking for technical support for external and internal customers on equipment in the field.  Support includes assisting in delivery of proper equipment, set up, start up and troubleshooting.  Identify parts that may be required and secure sale or warranty replacement of same.  Equipment includes, large and small water pumping systems, web-based control and monitoring systems, Reverse Osmosis systems, fire pump systems and any other products provided from the factory  Some travel may be required for training and field exposure.

Lead the Information Systems - related aspects of Customer Service providing support and training for internal Technicians on our web-based operations. Lead modification and maintenance of Product Support Network database.  Provide support to FPSI Direct and FlowNet technicians in troubleshooting and repairs on all FPSI equipment.  Receive phone calls and emails from customers for assistance and information.  Additional responsibilities are to assist aftermarket parts in processing and automation of parts orders, assist in maintaining our FlowNet website (including CS web-based solutions and web-based training), and assist in the administration and automation of the FPSI warranty program.  Excellent communication and computer skills required.
