Chemical Spray Account Manager - Landscaping

From regular maintenance and water management, to seasonal color and tree care, we can handle every aspect of landscape management, drawing upon our deep experience to serve a wide range of customers, from resorts, retail centers, and corporate campuses to homeowner's associations, public spaces, and private residences.  We are currently searching for a Spray Account Manager for our Clarksburg, MD branch with chemical fertilization or pesticide industry experience to work with our commercial customers. The applicant needs to have a current Pest Control Applicator Certificate from MARYLAND or an adjoining state that allows reciprocal licensing. Applicants without this certificate will not be considered. Requirements:·  Minimum 2 years experience with chemical or spray applications·  Ability to proactively manage projects according to contract and budget·  Strong attention to detail·  Pesticide applicators license or in process; Pennsylvania Chemical Spray License a plus·  Building an outstanding production team - developing employees and working with employees to build and support a team environment·  Managing production for our high quality service including understanding basic horticultural concepts and working efficiently and safely at all times·  Ensuring that customers are completely satisfied through effective communication, relationship building and regular site visits·  coordinating with other branch employees and customers to ensure that enhancement work is completed successfully, on budget and on time·  Ensuring a safe environment for employees, customers and the general public·  Maintaining monthly budgets and reporting results to management·  Demonstrating role model behaviors on ethics and integrity as well as positively promoting Company culture·  Bilingual (Spanish & English) a plus  Interested persons should send their resume and salary requirements to Pat McVicker, Recruiter, at pmcvicker@valleycrest.com or call 703.542.2900 to be considered for this exciting opportunity.   We offer a competitive compensation package and a business culture that rewards performance, including paid time off, health benefits and a 401(k) plan.
