Controller/Chief Information Officer

Well established, mutli-divisional, diverse, agricultural and food packaging company for over 50 years in the Louisville, Kentucky area searching for a self-motivated, self-directed, detailed oriented and organized individual to assist the C.F.O. with all accounting functions with a strong background in IT functions.  We will not re-locate.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

· Assist the C.F.O. in overseeing billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and bank activities

· Assist senior management with special projects as needed

· Assist the CFO in developing and controlling the I.T. structure of the company

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

 

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

· CPA with public accounting background preferred

· 5 Plus years of progressive financial management experience

· Solid understanding of computer systems characteristics, features, and integration capabilities

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent computer skills including all Microsoft programs

· Technical experience with systems networking, databases, and user support.

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Strong tactical skills

· Experience in directing employees in a data processing environment
