So, whether you are selling our lawn services to residential customers, driving one of our trucks containing the latest technology, or maintaining the landscape at a large office complex, remember that you play a vital role on a larger customer service team.We are currently hiring qualified Customer Service Reps for our Collinsville, IL branch.  In this role you will receive and attempt to resolve customer service problems/questions in a timely and professional manner to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce cancellations.  Impacts revenues through efforts to sell new customers/services and retain existing customers.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The essential duties and responsibilities are listed below.  Other duties may be assigned. • Directly responsible for customer retention. • Dispatches by radio, service calls, and additional productions. • Assists in calling customers to confirm scheduled lawn/hort treatment. • Records and reports service and cancel information to management. • Maintains customer database. • Identifies or creates customer wants and needs and offers solutions/benefits to sell new or additional services. • Provides answers/solutions to customer inquiries and problems.  QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS:Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to clients, customers, and other employees of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate and percent. REASONING ABILITY:Ability to carry out instructions furnished in oral, written, or diagram form.  Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.   EOE AA/M/F/D/V   A Drug Free Workplace Job Information Job Title: Cuistomer Service Reps.
