Environmental Assessor & Researcher

Phase One Inc. (phasei.com) is looking for a full/part time Site Assessor/Inspector, and Regulatory Researcher to work out of our Orange County, CA. office. Phase One Inc. is an 18+ year old, national environmental consulting firm.

Regulatory Researcher: Your primary tasks would be researching regulatory information for our main business of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. Your secondary tasks would be assisting in the preparation and customer service for our ERS-Environmental Record Search(reccheck.com) products.

Site Assessor: Your primary tasks would be conducting the sitewalks, site inspections and regulatory and historical data gathering for our main business of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. Your secondary tasks would be supporting the Operations Manager and Phase II field work.



Minimum Requirements Regulatory Researcher:

AA in a natural science, no environmental experience necessary, must possess excellent computer and organizational skills.

Minimum Requirements Site Assessor:

BS in a natural science, no environmental experience necessary, must possess excellent computer and organizational skills. Must have valid drivers license, ability to read and interpret maps, and able to travel.

Local candidates preferred, as relocation assistance is not being offered.
