Company:  Ajilon Office Job Category:  Manufacturing/Production/Operations Reference Code:  N2-32222-509530 Location:  New York, NY 10017 Job Status:  Full Time, Employee Please No Phone Calls - email to Michael.Rolls@ajilon.com The Facilities Director is responsible for the facility and administrative operations for our energy efficient, award winning offices occupying over 100,000 square feet in six cities and employing 350 professional and administrative staff.  Responsibilities :   ·  Analyze and provide contract oversight of outside professional services i  ncluding architects, engineers, real estate brokers, contractors, and other building project professionals.  · Prepare project budgets; and attend space meetings for new construction as needed. · Manage and oversee all building occupancy related costs and budgets including cost analysis and asset accounting for owned and leased offices. · Negotiate contracts/purchases for supplies, equipment, and furniture. Supervise four office administrators at different sites who are charged with overseeing the general administrative and facility operations of their respective offices.  Develop and implement non-HR institutional policies.  Develop and coordinate emergency and disaster recover planning.
