This position offers an exciting opportunity to be DLCD’s expert on land use issues and planning matters related to the premier program in the country for protection of farm and forest lands.  The position serves as the department’s statewide policy expert on agricultural and forest land planning and provides authoritative interpretation of state standards related to protection of farm and forest land as applied to land use issues.

 

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and expertise in agriculture and forest land use planning, land use law, natural resources, and state agency coordination.  It also requires experience and skill in making public presentations and preparing written reports. 

 

Salary is $4,356 - $6,361/month.
