Position Summary:Evaluate existing business and operational processes.Recommend and or implement better methods, tools, equipment, etc. that will ultimately help eliminate waste, improve yields, reduce cost, and improve quality.Design and engineer manufacturing processes.Plans equipment layout, workflow, and accident prevention measures to maintain efficient and safe utilization of plant facilities.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Technology or other related field.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience in manufacturing setting desired.
