Irrigation Account Manager

From regular maintenance and water management, to seasonal color and tree care, we can handle every aspect of landscape management, drawing upon our deep experience to serve a wide range of customers, from resorts, retail centers, and corporate campuses to homeowner's associations, public spaces, and private residences. We are currently searching for an Irrigation Account Manager to manage our irrigation services for our commercial maintenance clients. Irrigation Account Managers are responsible for partnering with branch management and Division Irrigation Advisors and for the following:• Managing production for our irrigation services; working safely and efficiently at all times• Performing and overseeing repairs (billable work) and contractual work (checking and adjustments to systems)• Soliciting new irrigation accounts to ensure that branch meets irrigation sales goals• Hiring, training and managing the irrigation specialist team and ensuring that all work is of a consistently high quality• Ensuring that customers are completely satisfied through effective communication, relationship building and regular site visits• Providing training so that a safe environment exists for employees and customers• Preparing and maintaining monthly budgets and reporting results to branch management and Division Irrigation Advisor• Demonstrating role model behaviors on ethics and integrity as well as positively promoting Company cultureRequirements:• Minimum of 5 years experience with commercial irrigation systems (including experience with controls, timers, mainlines and commercial systems)• Prefer Bachelors degree in Landscape Irrigation Science, Water Science, Ag Business, Horticulture, Ag Science, Landscape Maintenance, Agronomy, Floriculture, Forestry, Plant and Soil Science, Environmental Design, Turf Grass or Landscape Architecture• Strong work ethic• Effective oral and written communication skills• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment• Customer service experience• Bilingual (Spanish) a plusPlease send your resume and salary requirements to be considered for this challenging opportunity.
