Materials Manager

Division of an international agricultural equipment manufacturer seeks qualified Materials Manager for their North American production team.  Job duties include effective and efficient flow of materials to support production assembly and spare parts sales.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities: - Maintain integrity of data in the company ERP system: including MRP, DRP, MPS parameters. -  Prepare and deliver timely forecast to suppliers on regular basis -  Develop and implement spare parts forecast using past sales history -  Be responsible for inv. management decisions and data maintenance in BaaN ERP, including safety-stock, re-order point, economic order qty., etc. - Work closely with company finance to ensure accurate quarterly and yearly budget process.

Requirements: - Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or equivalent Business/Management degree - Understand basic manufacturer technology and processes - 2-3 years experience as a buyer w/purchasing/forecasting experience preferred
