We are currently seeking an Organizational Development Specialist/Manager for our Plymouth, MN location. This position is responsible to analyze, formulate, facilitate and deploy global Organizational Effectiveness (OE) programs, processes and related technology aligned with Mosaic’s corporate and HR strategies and philosophy. Provide the Organizational Development (OD) expertise and support for overall organizational effectiveness and talent management strategies which engage employees, enhance performance and create competitive advantage. This person will influence, champion and measure effectiveness of change strategies which properly motivate and utilize employees to achieve results. Provide the administrative support for the OE budget preparation and monitoring. Provide overall project management of the global employee engagement survey process. Principle Accountabilities: OD Programs and Processes: Develop, communicate, deploy and monitor OD programs and processes in support of overall Organizational Effectiveness as determined through the Mosaic and HR Strategies. Needs assessment: Collaborate and interact with various employee groups to assess development needs as well as facilitate and administer interventions and assessment tools. (Career planning and development, mentoring, 360-degree feedback, competency identification, etc.). Provide overall project management of the global employee engagement survey process. Analysis: Provide analysis and evaluation regarding the effectiveness of organizational structures, resources, tools and programs to determine those with the most impact to improving employee performance. Budgeting: Provide the administrative support for the overall OE budget ($3.6 M) preparation and monitoring process. Systems and Technology: Provide input and analysis for system and process improvements and technology requirements as needed. Manage relationships with external vendors/service providers as needed. This position is covered by Mosaic’s Employee Dispute Resolution program. Mosaic is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Required Education, Experience, Skills: Bachelor’s degree is required, Masters degree is preferred. Major in HR, Organizational Development/Organizational Behavior, Organizational Effectiveness or related area is preferred. Change Management certification, Franklin Covey product facilitation, Facilitation of continuous improvement methodology (Six Sigma, Lean principles, etc.), Coaching, 360-degree feedback process, DDI/Achieve global suite of products, Myers-Briggs/DiSC is preferred. 10 years of corporate and business unit experience in the areas of Organizational Development and/or Human Resources. Experience in facilitating change within an organization as well as process/continuous improvement. Proven versatility skills in interacting with senior leaders as well as frontline workers. Project management skills. Budget administration experience. Public company experience. Strong business acumen. Proven strong facilitation skills and application. Proven skills in coaching and administering assessment tools and 360-degree feedback processes. Experience with deployment, analysis and action planning of an employee opinion/engagement survey. Analysis and development of measurement systems to evaluate effectiveness of programs and services. Experience with career development coaching. Participation in a mentoring programs either as a participant or program coordinator. Proven experience with needs/competency gap analysis and action planning to address the needs. Microsoft Office, Performance Management systems, HRIS systems, Learning Management systems. Effective written and oral communication skills. Strategic planning skills. Strong interpersonal and human relation skills. Ability to create partnerships at all levels of management. Presentation and facilitation skills. Business acumen. Decision-making skills.
