Part Time / Administrative Assistant, Marketing - Berthoud, CO

 

Role Purpose –

 

Provide support to the Marketing team efficiently and effectively.

 

Accountabilities –

 Ensure completion of printing, mailings, and shipping activities for the Marketing department. Take and place business card orders. Follow-up with recipients to ensure accurate, on-time delivery. Manage the contact database and ensure data integrity following established practices. Supervise data entry and data clean-up activities. Contribute to the development, implementation and coordination of internal and external communications and public relations.Manage the development, coordination and execution of marketing and company events.Research and write business proposalsOrganize materials storage area.Proofread copy for a wide variety of collateral including catalogs, direct mailers, specification sheets, technical bulletins, etcMaintain and organize department files, including invoices, magazines, and other printed materials. Coordinate and support other activities as assigned within the Direct Marketing department.Perform other duties within the Marketing Department as assigned.

 

 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience –

 

Critical Knowledge:

 High School Diploma or equivalent.  Some college or business school coursework preferred. Knowledge of printing terms.

 

Critical Experience:

 Two (2) years comparable work experience in a marketing environment.Excellent PC skills (Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, and OUTLOOK)

 

Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities:

 Strong proofreading skills.Excellent oral and written communication.Strong internet research skillsAccuracy and dependability in working with mathematical calculations.Problem solving skills.Ability to manage and organize time. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
