ADM is seeking a resourceful and highly effective recruiter to play an important role in our success by helping us meet and hire world class talent.
Position will manage the recruiting process for all levels of talent for our plant and office staff throughout the U.S. Ensure that the highest standards of quality are maintained during the entire process, utilizing individual recruiting expertise to provide independent judgment on candidate hiring recommendations and qualifications. Consult with hiring managers and HR generalist to forecast needs, market conditions, and talent acquisition strategies.
Essential job functions:
• Utilize appropriate sourcing strategies for ADM’s specific hiring needs within critical timeframes, including direct sourcing, industry networking, employee referrals, internet sourcing, minority and trade job fairs, and targeted advertising.
• Build an ongoing and diverse candidate pipeline using research, networking, database information, etc.
• Drive all aspects of the recruiting process for candidates.
• Partner with ADM hiring managers to build a strong foundation of collaboration.
• Recruit, screen and interview prospects to select the highest quality candidates.
• Continually manage a high-volume job requisition load with a 50-day open to fill goal.
• Understand business/organizational issues and challenges as they apply to staffing.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of professional level recruiting experience preferably in food processing, agriculture or energy/utility industries
• Demonstrated behaviors of flexibility, objectivity and appropriate demeanor for different levels and types of interaction.
Ability to work in a team environment while organizing and prioritizing changing workloads.
• Ability to use multi-sourcing techniques.
• Ability to successfully carry out targeted sourcing initiatives.
• Ability to generate a high volume of quality diverse candidates under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail and proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and make decisions based on the information in staffing matters.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 10% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
This is an exempt position with no direct reports.
