In addition to providing retail, wholesale and lease financing to help customers buy John Deere equipment, we also serve the broader needs of the agricultural industry by offering revolving credit, input and operating loans to help farmers purchase needed supplies and services.  John Deere Credit has also recently entered the renewable energy arena with a business unit that focuses on community-based wind projects. John Deere Credit is looking for a Project Manager Marketing in our Marketing Services Area.Starting salary: $92,000 - $102,000 commensurate with experience. Total compensation includes salary, bonus, and comprehensive benefits. MAJOR DUTIES:Provides management/leadership or consultation designed to manage or improve and implement large strategic marketing projects, processes and infrastructure that are highly complex and/or sensitive in scope. Typically involves multi-divisions such as: Ag, Construction, Forestry, Consumer and Credit Resources. Works individually or with highly experienced work teams to identify, manage, or design broad based process improvement projects or business objectives. Facilitates development of common analysis processes and best practices through research, testing, and communication between business units. Investigates, develops, and acquires techniques to identify process improvement initiatives. Monitors problem resolution data and supports the continuous improvement methodology in all areas of responsibility. Monitors ongoing project/program status and maintains communications with business unit leadership and affected stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS:Competencies, technical skills, formal education and relevant work experience critical for successful individual performance of essential functions. Skills Extensive knowledge of marketing/CRM infrastructure, support development implementation and management Knowledge multiple business processes of assigned area(s) and/or function(s). Knowledge of dealers and other channels. Proven skill in project management and planning. Skill in marketing, advertising, interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution. Understanding of the business operations and the organizational structure. Education Degree in an Education discipline or equivalent experience. Degree in a Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience. Degree in a Marketing discipline or equivalent experience. Experience Previous experience in developing and managing Capital and Expense budget process. Demonstrated team leadership and mentoring experience 4-7 years. Project management experience including plan development, budget management, team management, requirements gathering, delivery and deployment 4-5 years.
