Relationship Analyst - Ag Lending

We are searching for a Relationship Analyst to join our growing team in the Central Valley region. Under close supervision, tutoring and/or direction, and in accordance with established policies and procedures, provides support to Relationship Managers in the origination, analysis, servicing and administration of client relationships. Duties include, but are not limited to: financial and business analysis (risk analysis); credit agreement compliance monitoring; industry analysis; ordering/assessing necessary real estate or other collateral valuations; lien perfection documentation; origination and/or maintenance of necessary related databases and client contact/correspondence/information.  The ideal candidate will possess: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics preferred; OR High School Diploma or equivalent with accounting/financial statement analysis related experience or training required. The job requires excellent human relations, communications, and customer service skills as well as a general knowledge of credit or related functions highly preferred. Must possess ability to communicate tactfully and listen attentively to the Relationship Manager and/or customer. Must possess strong ability to make sound decisions. Must have high level of accuracy and problem solving ability. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel required. Works effectively and cooperatively with Relationship Managers and other colleagues in achieving the Bank's goals. Demonstrates teamwork in facilitating workflow. High level of cooperation with others and is responsive to the Bank's needs. Plans and organizes own work, uses time effectively, sets appropriate priorities while anticipating business needs.
