Residential Field Sales Manager

Primary responsibility is to meet connect and sell-in unit goals for the Direct Sales Representatives. Hire, train, manage and evaluate groups for selling and retaining customers. Evaluate new direct sales and retention opportunities as they arise.
MAJOR DUTIES: (May perform any or all of the following duties.)
- Direct activities of Direct sales as well as supervisors and support staff.
- Responsible for building, implementing and managing a viable sales force, ensuring subscriber growth and retention
- Exceed budgeted connect, retention and ancillary sales goals
- Develop, evaluate and implement new sales offers, retention and incentive programs.
- Review, analyze and develop subscriber bimonthly and monthly reports including sales, production, payroll, cost per sale, cost per save, sell in rates, cash flow contribution of both groups relative to budgeted goals.
- Ensure effective working relationships with in house staff, customers, vendor and contractors.
- Assist the Director of Marketing in business planning, formulating budget and participating in marketing decisions.
- Motivate staff to achieve maximum performance and job satisfaction.
- Complete compensation plans that motivate sales staff to achieve the company's goals and verify payroll.
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in marketing, sales or communications preferred, or the equivalent in work experience.

EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 5-10 years of door to door sales management experience in a high-volume, high-churn environment
- Cable experience preferred
- Excellent leadership, motivation and communication skills required.
