Sales Admin/Customer Service

An international agricultural corporation is seeking a CSR/Sales Administrator. This is a GREAT company that is a proven leader in the industry.  Day to day responsiblities include being responsible for the completion of the order cycle process for a geographically assigned customer base. You will take and process orders timely and accurately, arrange delivery schedules, assist Sales personnel and pricing adminstrators with invoicing and pricing information, and monitor client and vendor credit limits. Additionally, you will research and resolve customer complaints regarding duplicate shipments, missing invoices etc.

Knowledge, skills, and ablilities needed for this position are: four (4) to five (5) years experience providing computer based Customer Service, intermediate to advanced Word and Excel skills, basic Accounting principles. Must be able to handle stress of a high volume workload, and maintain strong communication with team members and clients. Some overtime required on a seasonal basis.
