The Sales Manager position will pay a base of $60-80K + bonus/commission, 401K, Paid Medical/Dental with other benefits. The position will be based in the Fresno CA area. ABOUT THE JOBIn this position, you will be in charge of developing the company’s retail and private label business in Safeway, Albertson’, Kroger, Costco, Sam’s and other major accounts. You will help develop new products and programs to meet the customer needs and be recognized as a leader in developing and improving excellent customer relations. You will manage a team of brokers covering U.S. markets and will report directly to the President. SKILLS / EXPERIENCE Requirements include:At least 5-7 years of proven success as a Sales Representative / Manager or Broker Manager from a leading CPG firm. Documented success in growing the sales volume, share and profitability of product lines in the food industry. Strong preference for experience in private label food products. You must have previous experience in developing effective trade marketing programs, new product introductions, advertising and consumer promotion. You must have excellent presentation skills, a creative energy and ability to stimulate the creative juices from your colleagues. You must thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth entrepreneurial environment and must have a deep and sincere passion for brand building and classical marketing. Degree preferred.
