We have an immediate need for an experienced architect to lead the Higher Education Market Segment within our Architecture and Engineering Division.

Job Responsibilities:Develop, direct, and manage the strategy, marketing, and business development for the higher education market segmentHandle dual responsibility of providing senior leadership and technical expertise on projects related to the higher education market segmentHigher education business development, successful project execution, design quality, delivery, and profitability“Rainmaking”

 

Qualifications: BArch and/or MArch and will be a licensed / registered professional architect10+ years of architecture experience, with the past several years in management and business development for architecture / building systems related projects; specifically colleges and universities.Extensive experience in architectural planning (schematic and conceptual) and with a concentration in higher educationExpertise with design of higher ed building types including but not limited to; labs, libraries, academic classrooms, student life facilities and sports facilities, etc. A strong regional network/portfolio in higher education is requiredExcellent written and oral communication skills and superior relationship management
