In this position, you will: Work with other groups to define and coordinate tractor design, analysis, simulation, and testing. Work with suppliers to coordinate concept design review and compatibility. Collaborate with other functional areas and factories on implementation and execution of the tractor designs. Provide technical support to marketing, manufacturing, quality, and supply management. Education Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural or Mechanical Engineering. Required Skills and Experience Product design experience. Pro/ENGINEER experience, with proficiency in Casting and Sheet Metal design. Experience with a product delivery process (initial concept through post production support) and continuous improvement activities. Good oral and written communication skills. Desired Skills and Experience Knowledge of tractors and implements.
