Experienced Climber/Foremen:  You can expect the highest rate of pay in the industry plus unlimited room for advancement.

Entry Level Climbers: We will provide extensive training with great opportunity to move up in hourly pay and within the company.

 
Job Qualifications

All Climbers must have a Driver's License (CDL a plus) and be: On time each day and ready to work.  Good work ethic. Able to climb and descend trees using rope and safety saddle. Demonstrate working knowledge of all knots, ropes and rigging devices used in tree pruning and removal operations. Familiar with or able to be trained in cabling and bracing techniques. Knowledgeable about the daily maintenance and safe operations of all equipment commonly used in tree care. Must possess physical strength and agility, good balance, good depth perception and the ability to hear verbal instructions from a distance. Team player.  Good communicator. Work in sometimes adverse weather conditions Pass and maintain EHAP, first aid and CPR certifications. Do the right thing no matter what. Make our customers love doing business with us…Guaranteed!


Experienced Climber/Foremen must have the following additional abilities: Organize each job for maximum crew productivity Lead team in daily activities and ensure safe working conditions according to company and industry standards. Be able to take positive action and solve any problems that arise on site. Do the right thing no matter what – and inspire your team to follow that lead. Communicate with customers on job progress and answer any questions or concerns they may have Prepare truck and materials needed each day according to work order specs. Maintain tool and equipment inventory Participate in Safety and training exercises and be a part of building our safety culture. Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus
