ARCHITECTUAL HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCED CANDIATES NEEDED

Project Manager - requires a professional degree and a minimum of 10 years experience in an architectural office with a minimum of 5 years concentrated in healthcare projects. We require a registered architect with technical proficiency eager to lead, manage and direct all in-house coordination and management efforts.

Project Architect - Bachelor or Masters in Architecture, Registered Architect, or MBA preferred and a minimum of 7 years experience in an architectural office with a strong concentration in healthcare projects. Requires skills to plan, schedule and execute work independently. Excellent communication skills are required to deal effectively with user and support teams, design firms, contractors and vendors. Working knowledge of building codes as well as FDA, DEA, USDA, OSHA, DEP and ADA regulations a plus. Must be experienced in developing and executing programming requirements and schematic architectural design concepts.
