Position Overview:

 

Normandy Builders is looking for a person with experience in designing and drafting high-end custom residential construction projects to join our team of Architectural Design Specialists. The applicant must be proficient at producing AutoCAD floor plans and elevations.  Normandy specializes in room additions, kitchens and whole house renovations, so every project is different.  A talented design specialist will have the ability to design additions that look like they have always been a part of the house.

 

 

Candidate Qualifications:

 

Candidates should have experience with AutoCAD, have experience in residential construction, be highly detail oriented, and have a sense of urgency. Experience with AutoCAD 2002LT or equivalent is a must.

 

Compensation:

 

This is a salaried position with compensation based upon experience.  Any required overtime will be paid.
