ARCHITECTURAL POSITION - K-12, HIGHER EDU, & DESIGNERS

K-12 PROJECT MANAGER. Position offers an opportunity for a Registered Architect with 5-10 years of experience since registration, or a Non-registered Architect who has more than 15 years experience plus has held direct professional leadership roles in architecture, and will be involved in many phases of the K-12 project process and should enjoy working within a great team.

 

Skill set must include the ability to generate high quality project documents, coordinate engineering disciplines, and responsibly maintain project schedules and budgets to promote successful project completion based on client satisfaction and profitability. California registration preferred but not required.

 

Bachelors or Masters Degree required in Architecture.

 

HIGHER EDUCATION SECTOR LEADER. Searching for a Registered Architect with 10 years or more experience of higher education design since registration. This career opportunity will enable you to lead the higher education practice in California; responsible for business development and client management.

Searching for a Registered Architect, with more than 10 years of experience since registration, or a Non-registered Architect, who has 15 years experience in this field including 10 years experience in leadership roles, with a passion for developing award winning, client focused, sustainable project designs. Will be involved in many phases of the project process and should enjoy working within a great team environment. Market sectors will focus on mixed use projects.

 

Responsible for developing design concepts utilizing strong design/graphic skills and delivering convincing client presentations. Skill set must include ability to generate design phase documents, maintain client contact, and meet project schedules / budgets.
