Mechanical Designer (Design Engineer)

45-55K

Cincinnati, Ohio area

Job Requirements: Analyze and evaluate customer requirements to determine design factors such as size, shape and arrangement of parts. Provide detailed assemblies and manufacturing drawings needed to meet customer requirements utilizing AutoCAD drafting products. Draw and provide 3D component part and assembly drawings utilizing Autodesk Inventor program. Structure multi-leveled Bills of Material through the company MRP system. Able to work effectively in fast-paced environment while balancing multiple tasks. Capable of clear written and verbal communication at all levels of manufacturing.

Education Requirements:

  Minimum of associates’ degree in mechanical discipline or relevant mechanical engineering work experience. Four-year Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.

Mechanical AutoCad Drafter

$16-20 / Per hr Full time

North Columbus

Main focus drafting special engineering designs for customer orders, maintaining standard product designs and the drafting of some new products. Candidates should have Mechanical Drafting experience using AutoCAD.

Job Requirements: Provide sales outline drawings needed to meet customer requirements utilizing AutoCAD drafting products. Organize and maintain electronic drawing library. Standardize and control part description entry Ability to effectively balance multiple tasks and deadlines. Capable of clear written and verbal communication at all levels of manufacturing. Understanding of ANSI dimensions along with GD&T Mass document management and organization Diligent about document control (dates, revisions, change history) Microsoft Excel (Basic knowledge) Ability to work without supervision

Education Requirements: Minimum of Associate Degree in Mechanical discipline or relevant mechanical drafting AutoCad 2000 or Greater

Electrical Control Panel Drafter / Designer

$15-20 Per hour

North Columbus

 

A leading Electrical Controls Engineering solutions provider has an immediate opening for a Draftsman / Designer to work in their central Ohio location. Candidate must have experience using AutoCad for 2D drafting of electrical control panels and related systems (schematics, panel layout, etc..)

2 + years experience is required. This position will start as a temp-to-perm and can become a permanent position for the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading organization
