An international, full-service design agency, focusing on exhibit design and inplementation for exhibit / demonstration at tradeshows, is seeking an Accounting Assistant / Assistant to Project Managers.

Earn $15 - $17 per hour at this full-time, direct hire position.

Job Description:

Accounting Assistant Responsibilities: Assist with accounts payable and expense processing. Must have previous bookkeeping skills and knowledge of computerized accounts systems. Post supplier invoices/credit notes onto accounts system. Raise check payments as necessary. Process expense claims using the account system and checking expense submissions are accurate and supported by receipts. Provide top notch administrative support to a team of four project managers. 

Administrative Assistant Responisbilities: Travel coordination, tracking costs, purchasing, delivery and obtaining invoices from sub-contractors and other vendors.  Provide general administrative support to include filing, answering phones, mailing and office prep / organization. 

Requirements: BA Degree / recent graduate preferred with strong job stability throughout college years.  Previous bookkeeping skills and knowledge of computerized accounts systems. Superior communication and organizational skills.  Basic understanding of Windows Operating Sytems, including intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
