Administrative Assistant

Growing interior design firm seeking an exceptional, motivated and flexible individualwith superior administrative, communicationand customer service skills, and the ability to balancemany tasks concurrently. Highly organized individual needed, who is ableto work independently, attend to details, and maintain confidentiality.

This position is to join our verybusy, small, interior design firm. The successful individual should have greatorganizational skills and be willing to follow directions.  In addition tosupporting the designers, the responsibilities include preparing budgets andquotes, placing and following up on orders, maintaining a centralized filing system, andmanaging the office. 


Experience with Peachtree and bookkeeping is a strong plus.




Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience requiredAdministrative support experienceMust have outstanding written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as an integral member of a team Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Web browsing and Outlook Attention to detail and follow-through a mustProfessional and pleasant demeanor
