Administrative Assistant--Architecture

WHR Architects is searching for administrative professionals that have previous architecture, construction or engineering firm experience and who desire a fulfilling career as a team Administrative Assistant. 

Responsibilities include administrative support for a studio of 15-20 Architects specializing in healthcare projects (project typing, proofreading, editing team correspondence), screening calls, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements and completing AIA Documents. 

Requirements:  a minimum of 5 years experience as an Administrative Assistant for a department of 15 or more, outstanding organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, advanced MSOffice skills, a positive attitude and good work ethic.
