About the Opportunity

You will perform architectural design and development work for retail, corporate and religious projects.  Manage projects, including client contact, team organization and operational standards; monitor and coordinate architectural project timelines, develop designs and technical details; construction administration and staff development.

 

Qualifications:

·  Project coordination experience including planning, resource allocation, staffing, and budgeting.

·  Track record of management through delegating, coaching and mentoring.

·  Respond quickly and competently to customer, management and staff requests.

·  Demonstrated ability to solve problems by gathering information and evaluating options.

·  Proven technical detailing, construction system and project document skills.

·  Familiarity with issues of compliance for state and federal regulations.

·  Coordinate and communicate regularly with project teams to maximize design, architecture, contractor and client collaboration.

·  Support and implement departmental policies, procedures, reports and workflows.

·  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field required.

·  A minimum of 7 years retail, commercial and residential project experience.

·  Proficiency in AutoCad 2002-2007.

·  Ability to travel for client and site meetings.

·  NJ Registered Architect.
