Position Summaries:
PROJECT ARCHITECTS
Research, plan, present, and draft architectural projects according to client needs and resources. Must be highly motivated and able to contribute ideas that apply to projects, office protocols, strategies, and process.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Lead a team as a project manager/project architect/job captain
Coordinate with consultants to ensure that architectural, mechanical and engineering drawings are compatible and inclusive of engineering systems.
Generate project budgets, schedules and timetables
Perform Code Analyses efficiently
Use design, drafting, modeling and analysis tools: AutoCAD, 3D Studio Viz/MAX, Photoshop,
Illustrator, Microsoft Project and Excel.
Essential Job Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing projects
Working knowledge of building and zoning codes
Must understand general architectural processes for projects and be able to see beyond task at hand
Broad knowledge of construction materials, systems and detailing
Keen organizational skills
Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills
Excellent Designer who is comfortable with collaboration
SENIOR PROJECT ARCHITECTS
Manages projects. Research, plan, present, and draft architectural projects according to client needs and resources. Has active role in office management, marketing, and administration.
Position is in a small bouquet office in New York City that is one of five network offices of a larger,
Nationwide firm.
Lead a team as a project manager/project architect/job captain
Coordinate with consultants to ensure that architectural, mechanical and engineering drawings are compatible and inclusive of engineering systems.
Generate project budgets, schedules and timetables
Perform Code Analyses efficiently

Essential Job Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in an architectural firm
Minimum 4 to 5 years experience managing projects
Demonstrated experience working on full, ground up buildings
Working knowledge of building and zoning codes
Keen organizational skills
Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills
Excellent Designer who is comfortable with collaboration
Provides great design and a fresh, thoughtful and rigorous approach to design no matter what the scale, scope, or budget of a project.
Must be highly motivated and able to bring ideas to the table that apply to projects, office protocols, strategies and process.
