Kullman Buildings Corp. is searching for an Architectural Drafter/Designer with 3+ years drawing a variety of commercial projects including multi-story residential, medical, and office space to join our team.We produce permanent, modular, steel and concrete buildings for the higher education, telecommunications, healthcare and government markets.  Our buildings are erected in a controlled, state of the art, manufacturing environment and shipped to locations world-wide.  Kullman's cutting-edge, innovative construction methods allow for flexible designs and robust building solutions that are built in half the time of conventional construction.

Architectural Drafters/Designers at Kullman Buildings Corp. play a key role in the pre-construction process.  We are a design/build firm looking for candidates with a lot of energy as well as a strong desire to learn and grow.  We operate in a very fast-paced, deadline, yet team-oriented environment.  Architects at Kullman work closely with members of our sales, project management, and production teams and produce drawings from schematic designs through construction documents.

The responsibilities of an Architectural Drafter/Designer at Kullman include:

Review and develop designs from client scope of work

Create shop drawings from architectural drawings

Communicate design requirements with both clients, project managers, and construction plant

Assist in the development of architectural design standards for Kullman Buildings Corp.

Optimal candidates have the following:

A Bachelors degree in Architecture

Experience designing/drawing commercial, steel and concrete buildings

Proficient in AutoCAD

Working knowledge of 3D architectural design software (AutoCAD 3D and/or Revit)

Previous modular experience a plus 

Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills
