We are seeking a architectural Job Captain with 3+ years experience in retail and commercial project design. 

The ideal individual would have previous experience working directly on a portfolio of projects under the supervision of a senior project manager to take conceptual ideas and turn them into realistic designs and construction documents.

Projects and responsibilities will include the preparation of architectural designs, master site plans entitlement packages, and managing change orders as needed for projects ranging from retail, commercial to municipal architectural projects.

Requires strong knowledge of construction techniques, working drawing formats, abilities to research and solve complex architectural issues, researching of architectural codes for compliance and assure compliance with architectural standards. Must have proficiency with AutoCAD for preparation of plan sets.

Candidates must have a degree in Architecture, or related discipline. Excellent communication abilities, MS Office and design software skills.
