Nationally ranked Architectural / Design / Engineering firm would like to hire an Architectural Office Leader for their Rochester, NY office.

 

As Office Leader, you will have complete responsibility for a 15-person office. Your challenge will be to increase market share, revenue, and profitability. You will make decisions about allocating resources. You will oversee all projects. It will be your office, and you will have P&L responsibility.

 

Corporate Services will provide back office support – payroll, benefits, HR, and administration – so you can focus on building a successful office.

 

We are interested in strong leaders, people with team-building skills. We need someone with demonstrable business development and project management skills.
