Architectural Project Manager for Healthcare Projects

Our client, a regional facilities planning and construction firm, has an immediate need for an Architectural Project Manager for healthcare projects in their Harrisburg area office.  The responsibilities of this position include: Prepare and negotiate project scope, schedule and fees. Manage projects on behalf of client. Act as liaison between project team and client. Respond to issues that arise during construction.Qualified candidates will have the following background: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture At least ten (10) years experience; a minimum of five (5) years experience in the management of major healthcare projects is a must. Registered Architect in PA; NCARB certification a plus.
