Assistant Accounts Payable, Shipping/Receiving/Inventory Clerk

Interior Design firm has an immediate opening for a full-time Assistant Accounts Payable, Shipping/Receiving/Inventory Clerk.

 

Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in Quickbooks Pro, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook to be considered for this position.  Position is responsible for heavy accounts payable and logistics of shipping/receiving of inventory.Candidate must be extremely organized and proficient in processing payables and billables efficiently. Responsibilities will also include some administrative duties such as filing, word processing and some telephone backup. Clerk duties include shipping/receiving and logistic organization of inventory control. Qualifications should include a self-starting work ethic with the ability to multi-task in order to meet deadlines, with minimal supervision. Please include concise details of prior experience and salary requirements in resume.
