We are seeking an ambitious and highly organized Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team! Reporting to the Vice President of Belgard, you will be responsible for managing the flow of projects, programs and processes necessary to build the Belgard brand nationally. The Marketing Project Coordinator will work directly with all of the Sales & Marketing team for Belgard and our Regional Brand Managers. Job Responsibilities: • Coordinate the production of all marketing materials from concept/request, through copywriting, design, layout, proofing and approvals. • Manage the printing of all marketing materials. Liaise with printer for the production and proofing of printed marketing materials. Liaise with finance in the requisition process and with fulfillment to ensure timely production of materials. • Develop, maintain and coordinate department schedules and work flow to ensure marketing projects are completed on time and as designated. • Communicate project schedules to all appropriate parties. • Prepare and manage internal routing process for necessary materials review and sign offs. • Liaise between marketing department and sales team, finance, IT and all other departments as required to get each project completed. • Report and address any problems affecting job quality and on-time delivery. • Maintain filing system and library of all projects. • Maintain project history documentation for all projects, particularly noting change orders. • Manage library of approved marketing materials. • Manage print and digital Communications Log. • Keep log of landing pages and any special needs or parameters. • Problem-solve to streamline the marketing process for speed and efficiency. • Develop and analyze reports on the use and effectiveness of various marketing communications. • Provide general marketing support as needed, including filing and organization. Qualified candidates must possess the following: • Excellent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint). • Understanding of computer design programs beneficial. • Tremendous organizational, analytical and project management skills and a strong attention to detail. • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. • Expert in Internet research. • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple detailed projects simultaneously. • Past experience in Media purchasing. • Past experience in marketing project coordination required. • Past experience in print production and management required. • Experience with email communications required. • Ability and personality to work with people at all levels of the organization. • Degree in marketing preferred. • Strong proofreading skills and excellence in grammar, punctuation and spelling in the English language.
