Qualifications

Experience relaying sensitive information to appropriate parties. Keeps clients, superiors, peers, and direct reports updated based on their information needs.

Previous office management experience. Can maintain resource materials, supplies, and equipment to ensure smooth office operation.

Proficient at analyzing causes of variances between actual and budgeted income and expenses, and recommending actions to perform in accordance with the budget. Invoicing and A/R duties.

Uses organizational knowledge to maneuver through formal and informal channels to get things done quickly and effectively.

Has excellent organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized. Maintains historical reference and records data.

Plans work. Sets goals and outlines tasks to achieve them.

AS or equivalent experience.
