Assistant Operations Manager

We are currently seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to join our Irvine, CA office and assist with day-to-day operations management.  Job duties include resource planning, staff coordination, ensuring office compliance with firm wide policies and procedures, tracking job profitability, and billing and financial tracking.  The assistant operations manager will work closely with the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing division director to achieve financial operational results for the division.

The ideal candidate will have:Bachelor degree (preferred)5+ years of project management/project coordination experienceClient service and administrative experience (preferably in the engineering, architecture or construction industries)Previous experience in scheduling, billing and financial tracking, and document managementExcellent communication skillsProficient knowledge of MS OfficeAbility to work in fast-paced environment with stringent deadlinesWillingness to assist in creating new systems/procedures and share new ideas
