Assitant Project Coordinator

ExperiencedAdministrator wanted for a secure position at a growing Chicago ProjectManagement/Architecture firm. The Assistant Project Coordinator will be responsiblefor monitoring and tracking the work flow of a large scale project.  At the same time, this position will have therole of communicating progress to clients as well as team members. Thesuccessful candidate will possess a high level of comfort with detail and complextechnology as well as the ability to interact with excellent written and oral communication.  The Assistant Project Coordinator willcomplete job duties while providing outstanding value to Clients by managingmultiple priorities while consistently achieving high standards and goals. Dutiesand Responsibilities:

·Monitor, trackand report on the flow if work and turn around time

·Calendarreminders

·Update projectinformation

·Maintain projectreview binder

·Collect team memberhours and prepare invoices

·Serve asproofreader/editor for correspondence, letters, process improvement reportsetc.

·Develop workprojection reports and collaborate with HR to assign resources

·Attend daily teammeetings and provide meeting minutes to team members

·Develop profitabilityanalysis with PM

 

ProfessionalRequirements

·Proficiency withMS Office [i.e. Word, Excel], Outlook, Internet

·Experience withbasic office functions [copier, scanner, etc]

·Excellentinterpersonal, communication and writing skills

·Ability to multi-taskefficiently

·College Degree preferredbut a combination of education and experience will be considered.
