Associate General Counsel

Arup is currently looking for an experienced individual to work as an Assistant General Counsel in our Americas Region. Job responsibilities would include but are not limited to the following:Supporting General Counsel in the review of negotiations and contracts related to professional service agreements for a world wide construction engineering practice. The ideal candidate will be assisting in the management of disputes and negotiation of contracts including interaction with outside counsel and insurance representatives and participation in adversarial proceedings. This role will also take part in supporting the General Counsel with various corporate responsibilities including registration and licensing of corporate entities and corporate governance issues.
