We are seeking candidates that are competent in most aspects of planning in general and military planning in particular. Under minimal-to-general supervision, independently evaluates, selects and applies standard techniques and procedures. Details are usually reviewed and checked. Has a basic knowledge of the military and how it operates.• May conduct work in the field and make recommendations for project completion, and communications.• May lead in project tasks associated with the discipline, and help train junior level staff.• May assist more senior staff on large, more complex projects. Assignments have clear and specific objectives.• May provide some guidance related to the specialty area.• Work results impact the accuracy, reliability, and acceptability of results beyond the immediate work section.• Expected to work on proposals and to contribute to client relationships and business development efforts.Client agency and public contacts are generally limited to information collection and dissemination in the normal course of the project work.QualificationsQualified candidates must have a minimum of a BA/BS degree in a technical discipline like Architecture. At least 5 years experience. Must have previous experience in military planning.
