AutoCAD Designer Project Coordinator

Robert Rippe & Associates is a 24-person foodservice design consulting firm located in Minneapolis.  We specialize in planning retail and institutional foodservice facilities including cafeterias, restaurants, coffee shops and kitchens for corporate offices, hospitals, colleges and casinos nationwide.

The work involves preparing floor plans, elevations and details and mechanical/electrical connection drawings.  With experience, the work includes coordination with architects, engineers and code officials, and may require some travel.



The successful candidate must demonstrate AutoCAD expertise, be attentive to detail, communicate well and enjoy working in a team environment.  A minimum of 2 years autocad training and architectural drafting/detailing experience is required.  Accuracy, efficiency, problem solving and time management skills required.  Previous exposure to the food service industry and functionality of a restaurant is desired but not essential.  Experience checking shop drawings and project management is also a plus.
