Make an impact on our effort to facilitate projects by joining us in this key advisory role. You will provide code and zoning expertise for projects and clients, while helping to train and motivate personnel in a cooperative team setting.



Specifically, you will: prepare and review documentation (Alteration Type-1 applications, New Building applications, Directive-2 forms); perform due diligence and research for in-house code reviews; represent the company to the Department of Buildings' Commissioners and Examiners; and guide and troubleshoot projects through to resolution.



The ideal candidate is dependable and organized, with strong original thinking, analytical, project management, and communications skills. Position requires a Bachelor's degree and two-four years of experience, or an equivalent combination of training and work experience. Proficiency with MS Office, Internet, database and project management software a must.
