Building Materials Coordinator - Sales & Marketing - Retail

We are hiring a Building Materials coordinator for our store to help grow our sales and market.We are a building materials company seeking a Building Materials coordinator to work in our store to assist CEO and clients with material selection. You will give informational presentations to possible product users as well as support in the sales, marketing, and operations of the business. This position is geared toward a person who enjoys marketing and inside sales. This is a very dynamic role for a person who enjoys challenges and appreciates environmental friendly products. So, if this describes you, read on.What you will be doing: ~ Foster relationships, promote product line, and get products specified, when necessary. ~ Prepare ongoing proposals and reports on sales calls; work with CEO on lead generation and lead management ~ Develop and maintain customer relationships. ~ Competitive Market Analysis ~ Work with CEO to distribute marketing literature and product specifications. ~ Work with trade associations, marketing service and exhibit firms on promotion and tradeshow event arrangements ~ Additional project tasks may be assignedWhat you will need for this position:The Building Materials Associate position requires a hands-on individual with a motivated, proactive approach to help promote the company's sales and specification initiatives.
