Business Development Manager - Architectural Engineering

We will relocate the right candidate to beautiful Denver, Colorado!We are a dynamic architecture engineering firm and we are looking for a Manager of Business Development with 2+ years of architecture experience to develop and implement the business development strategy, sales planning and forcasting!If this is you, keep reading...What will you be doing?- Identify, research and generate new business opportunities through personal contact, telephone and written proposals - Develop customer relations including, but not limited to sales leads, research, cold calling, qualifying leads, and customer support - Forecast sales for new and existing accounts and set goals with studio leaders to meet and exceed sales and profit objectives - Develop, implement and track a sales action plan with objectives and strategies to increase revenue and aggressively acquire new accounts - Partner with Marketing Department to create branded presentations, collateral for use with prospects and existing accounts and PR opportunities - Network, attend and/or exhibit at trade shows - Weekly reporting on status of prospects and conversion to new businessWhat do you need to qualify?- Must have Business Development experience for a Architectural and/or Engineering Firm. - 2+ years experience in the architecture engineering industry and/or have project contacts in the Senior Care Environment, Healthcare, Military or Hospitality industries - Lead Generation, including tactics used in initial phone contact to prospects, qualifying leads and follow-up - Experience with developing strategies, reports and proposals in the pursuit of clientsWhat's in it for you?- Competitive salary base - Full benefits package including time-off, 401(K), life insurance and long-term disability - Great working environment and company culture!Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.
